A Nursery Rhyme of Sorts

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill ascended the elevation
To elicit a vat of Hydrogen Dioxide
Jack almost died as he nose-dived
Then Jill plunged after him, down the incline

Jack then arose, rushed to his abode
With an accelerated bound he did
Tumbled to his bassinet, enfettered his head
With paper, ethanol and acetic acid

Jill did chuckle, but then she buckled
After Jack’s paper-bound cranium she saw
For her mother slipped, and Jill she whipped
For laughing at Jack’s fiasco.
